I am a single mom of three school-aged children and it is not an easy job. There are just too much problems to juggle and they just get out of control sometimes.

For school, I make my kids sandwiches for lunch. Timmy, my youngest, has always been a picky eater and mostly returns from school with his lunch unconsumed. This has been my biggest dilemma for months now. Last week, I was looking at an online store trying to search for paper bags that I can use to pack my kids’ sandwiches. Timmy, who has been looking at my monitor screen behind me, said he wanted these paper bags to place their lunch sandwiches in. He was very insistent on me buying it so I finally gave in on one condition: he would have to finish his packed sandwich every day.
